TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About Dump ATL LLC

Dump ATL LLC (“Dump ATL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates dump trailer rental and junk removal services in the Canton, Georgia area and surrounding Cherokee County communities.

We own, operate, and maintain our dump trailer fleet. All physical services — including trailer delivery, placement, pickup, and disposal — are performed by Dump ATL LLC and its team.

2. Our Services

Dump ATL LLC provides dump trailer rental services on a flat-rate basis. Our services include:

  • Delivery of a dump trailer to your specified location
  • A rental period during which you load the trailer with permitted materials
  • Pickup and haul-away of the trailer and its contents
  • Disposal of materials at a licensed Cherokee County landfill facility

We serve a 25-mile radius from Canton, GA, including Woodstock, Ball Ground, Holly Springs, Waleska, Jasper, Acworth, and all of Cherokee County.

3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing displayed on our website reflects flat-rate pricing inclusive of delivery, haul-away, and 2 tons of landfill disposal. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Actual disposal weight exceeding 2 tons ($85/ton overage at actual landfill weight)
  • Additional rental days beyond the base rental period ($49.99/day)
  • Access or delivery conditions disclosed at time of booking

All pricing is presented transparently at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees.

4. Your Responsibilities

By booking a Dump ATL service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your project, location, and access requirements
  • Ensure the delivery area is clear, accessible, and on a stable surface
  • Load only permitted materials as described on our website
  • Be present or make arrangements for trailer access at the agreed delivery time
  • Contact us before loading any materials you are uncertain about
  • Ensure safe working conditions around the trailer during your rental period

You are responsible for the condition of the trailer during your rental period. Damage to the trailer caused by improper use, overloading, or prohibited materials may result in additional charges.

5. Prohibited Materials

You agree not to load any materials prohibited by Cherokee County landfill regulations or applicable law. Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Batteries (car batteries, lithium-ion, lead-acid)
  • Liquid paint, paint thinner, lacquers, and solvents
  • Motor oil, gasoline, pesticides, bleach, and pool chemicals
  • Tires
  • Refrigerators, freezers, and AC units with Freon
  • Propane tanks and hot water heaters
  • Asbestos-containing materials
  • Electronics and e-waste (TVs, computers, monitors)
  • Chemically treated lumber and railroad ties

Loading prohibited materials may result in a rejected load at the landfill, return trip charges, and/or additional fees for which you will be solely responsible. When in doubt, call us before loading.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DUMP ATL LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Dump ATL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including damages arising from improper loading of prohibited materials or unsafe conditions created by the customer.

7. Property Access and Damage

Our trailers are rubber-tired and designed to minimize surface impact. However, by accepting delivery of a trailer, you confirm that:

  • The delivery surface is suitable for trailer placement
  • You have the right or authority to authorize delivery at the specified location
  • Dump ATL LLC is not responsible for pre-existing surface conditions or damage caused by customer-directed placement

If you have specific concerns about your driveway or surface, please discuss them with us prior to delivery.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Cherokee County, Georgia.

9. Changes to These Terms

Dump ATL LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
